DESCRIPTION :

Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a natural phospholipid that is an essential component of cell membranes. It promotes brain function by helping to maintain the fluidity of neural membranes (communication between cells), which is related to cognition, mental performance, attention and reaction time. PS protects against stress by reducing the effects of cortisol (the catabolic stress hormone).
INGREDIENTS:

phosphatidylserine (PS); Filler: cellulose; Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source); Antioxidants: natural mixed tocopherols and fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid; Capsule shell: gelatin.
