DESCRIPTION
Freeze drying is a drying process that removes water from previously frozen raw material by a process called sublimation, ie a direct transition to the vapor state without the liquid state. This process eliminates much of the microbiological contamination, allowing the raw material to be safely stored for a long time.
Freeze-dried products retain 90% of their natural shape, color and aroma. Thanks to the possibility of carrying out the process at low temperatures, the raw material processed by freeze-drying does not lose any valuable vitamins and essential oils.
Freeze-dried organic coriander can be used as a spice, e.g. in meat, fish, soups, salads, rice dishes and legumes or as an additive to herbal teas.

APPLICATION
Add the appropriate amount to the dish or spice mix.
