Borage oil is a rich source of gamma linolenic acid (GLA), which has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects. GLA also alleviates the symptoms of PSM. Borage oil also lowers blood pressure and serum cholesterol levels.

INGREDIENTS
Borage oil, gelatin (capsule shell), glycerin (humectant), purified water.

METHOD OF TAKING
One capsule 1-3 times per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
