Lemon balm originates from the Mediterranean region and came to Poland
Probably thanks to Italian monks. It is especially known for its calming and sedative properties, which is related to the plant's name, as "lemon balm" means "bee" in Greek. The scent of lemon balm attracts bees and also has a calming effect on them.

Ingredients: dried, crumbled lemon balm leaves (Melissae
folium) - 100%
Directions: Consume as an infusion: Pour 1–2 teaspoons of lemon balm leaves into 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml), cover, and let steep for 10–15 minutes. Drain. Drink a warm, fresh infusion.
Storage conditions: Store in a dry place and protected from light.
