DESCRIPTION
Rapeseed oil is obtained from selected rapeseed varieties through cold pressing. This gives it a delicate aroma and a distinctive, slightly herbal flavor, making it a perfect addition to cold dishes and sauerkraut salads, Greek salads, dips, sauces, and pastes. Rapeseed oil is characterized by its high content of unsaturated fats, including omega-3 fatty acids and monounsaturated fats. Replacing saturated fatty acids with unsaturated fatty acids in the diet contributes to maintaining normal cholesterol levels.
