What is vanilla xylitol used for? it can be used too cold for desserts or hot for cakes, pastries and pancakes; commonly used to sweeten beverages including cocktails, coffee and tea.

Gradually add vanilla xylitol to your diet. It is recommended to consume up to 15g per day (3 teaspoons).
Excessive consumption can have a laxative effect.
