USE
The rinsed seeds should be poured into a jar or placed on a sprinkler, then poured over with boiling, lukewarm water for a few hours. Decant the water and cover the jar with cheesecloth. Sprouts should be rinsed twice a day. Place in a warm, sunless place. After 4-5 days, the sprouts are ready to eat.
