Monini rice oil is rich in natural antioxidants. It has a delicate, sweet almond flavor. It's perfect for dressings and salads. It's excellent both cold and for high-heat cooking and frying.
Rice oil has a very high smoke point of up to 254°C and an optimal critical temperature, making it very safe for frying at high temperatures. It also makes an ideal fat for frying because of its very mild flavor that doesn't infuse food.
