DESCRIPTION
Gluten-free oat flakes are made using a unique technology that guarantees complete protection against gluten contamination. Perfect for COOKING porridge, muesli, biscuits, soups and hamburgers.

PREPARATION
Add 60g rolled oats up to 180ml (1 serving) milk, water or plant-based drink; Pour any boiling liquid over the flakes and leave for 3 minutes.
