DESCRIPTION
Organic sunflower sprouts have a sweet, slightly nutty taste. Particularly recommended as a supplement to diets, especially vegetarian ones.
INGREDIENTS
Sunflower seeds * (* from certified organic farming)
PROCEDURE PREPARATION
At home, we prepare the sprouts as follows: take a flat plate and line it with gauze or other water-absorbent material.
Sprinkle a single layer of seeds on the gauze and pour it with water, preferably boiled and lukewarm water. The water should be refilled so that the gauze is wet all the time.
We put the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the type of germinated plant, sprouts will appear after 2-4 days.
Cut coarse seeds, eg peas, soybeans, chickpeas etc. or seeds with their shells, eg pumpkin, sunflower, sprouts, before eating and use the fine seeds completely.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE
Store in a dry place.
