Just one capsule of Melatonin IR/XR provides an average dose of melatonin that allows for approximately seven hours of uninterrupted sleep.

DESCRIPTION :
This melatonin product contains a dose of 1.5 mg of melatonin. It provides immediate and sustained release of melatonin.
COMPOSITION:

Melatonin, microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin (capsule), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium alginate, carnauba wax, silica.

1 capsule 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
