The set of active ingredients was selected to protect the key physiological processes necessary to maintain the eye's optimal condition. The ingredients of the preparation influence physiological functions: protecting the eyes from external influences (vitamins C, E, and selenium have antioxidant effects) and nourishing the structure of the eye tissue (vitamin A and zinc). Through their synergistic action, they enhance their regeneration and influence each other. By nourishing the physiological aspects of eye function, the ingredients of the product maximize the potential for its optimal effect.
Lutein is a naturally occurring yellow-orange pigment belonging to the carotenoid group. The lutein contained in this product comes from marigold extract. The most important property of carotenoids is their antioxidant effect (neutralizing the action of free radicals). Lutein neutralizes free radicals formed in the eyeball under the influence of sunlight and the resulting oxidative damage. Most lutein accumulates in the macula—the structure of the eye responsible for color vision and image sharpness. Lutein (together with zeaxanthin) is found in the retina of the eye and in the lens.

Vitamin C (calcium L-ascorbate), bulking agents: cornstarch, cornstarch, glucose syrup, alginate, pea starch, calcium phosphates, meltodextrin, glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, NAC ((n-acetyl-L-cysteine)), taurine, vitamin E 100 IU (d-alpha-tocopheryl succinate) (mg tocopherol equivalent), firefly 4:1 powder (Euphrasia officinalis) (whole plant), bilberry fruit extract powder (Vaccinium myrtillus) (contains 5 mg [25%] anthocyanosides), zinc (zinc bisglycinate), lutein (from calendula) (contains 500 µg zeaxanthin), powdered extract of ginkgo biloba leaves (contains 2.4 mg [24%] Ginkgo flavonglycosides), natural beta-carotene (400 µg retinol equivalent), vitamin A (1000 IU, retinyl palmitate) (µg equivalent retinol), carotenoid mixture, selenium (L-selenomethionine).
