xCurcumina este principalul ingredient al turmeric (Curcuma longa). Cercetările extinse asupra curcuminei au arătat că aceasta are proprietăți puternice de captare a radicalilor liberi.
DESCRIERE:
Bucătăria indiană oferă multe condimente. Curcumina se găsește în turmeric – condimentul care conferă curry-ului culoarea galbenă caracteristică. Are un efect antioxidant puternic și este deosebit de utilă în reducerea daunelor cauzate de fumat prin radicalii liberi. Turmericul ca condiment este folosit de mult timp în medicina ayurvedică indiană – ar trebui să îmbunătățească funcția ficatului.
