xOLVITA ULEI DE FLOAREA-SOARELUI PRESAT LA RECE 250ML
Uleiul de floarea-soarelui presat la rece și crud este obținut prin presarea semințelor de floarea-soarelui atent selectate și verificate, care nu au fost prăjite.
Se remarcă prin aroma și gustul aromatic, tipic semințelor de floarea-soarelui, precum și culoarea galbenă. Prin procesul de presare „la rece”, acizii grași și vitamina E conținuți în acest ulei rămân neschimbați. Acest ulei este un produs natural, fiind bogat în grăsimi nesaturate.
Părțile succesive ale uleiului pot ușor diferi între ele: culoare, miros și gust. Acestea sunt caracteristici care nu afectează compoziția uleiului. Sub influența temperaturilor scăzute, ceara naturală poate să se separe din ulei. Este un fenomen natural care depinde de temperatură și este complet reversibil.
