Ulei de rapiță silezian presat la rece, netratat

Se remarcă prin aromă tipică pentru rapiță și un gust distinct, precum și o culoare chihlimbarie. Datorită metodei de presare „la rece”, acizii grași conținuți în acest ulei rămân neschimbați. Acest ulei este un produs natural, având un conținut ridicat de acizi grași omega-3.
Părțile succesive ale uleiului pot diferi ușor între ele: culoare, miros și gust. Acestea sunt caracteristici care nu afectează compoziția uleiului.
