Inspired by the work and teachings of my mentor Bobby McFerrin, I created the album based on the Circle Singing technique—a spontaneously improvising choir that I have been representing for years. Emotions are also crucial, giving us the feeling that what we desire has already occurred - thus we attract experiences that give us more of it. This works on the principle of 'like attracts like' - the more we think about happiness, the more we feel it, and the more happy and satisfying situations come our way.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eJoy opens our hearts and senses, making us more attentive, curious, and open. Suddenly, we see that the world can be a good place, full of valuable experiences. This is something that can be learned. Write down on a piece of paper what you think about yourself, love, fulfillment, money, family, or work. If you have negative thoughts, consider where they come from and whether you can change anything.
